mousesports and fnatic are both through to the GameGune knock-out phases in convincing fashion after coming out on top of their respective groups.
It had looked like an easy task for fnatic, who are attending the event with their latest addition, Rasmus "Gux" Ståhl, and the Swedes delivered in style. After moving past duellum 23-7, fnatic beat Antwerp Aces 21-9 and then prodigy-esc 25-5 to secure the top spot in Group B.
In Group C, despite attending the event with two stand-ins, mousesports swept past their entire opposition, never losing more than ten rounds in the process. The German giants started out with a 28-2 thrashing of Defining Stars, after which they moved past Dark Passage and erandio 21-9 and 26-4, respectively.
Both teams will be joined by Antwerp Aces and DarkPassage in the knock-out stages, which will begin tomorrow at 16.00 CET.
The following teams are through to the next stage:
Natus Vincere
D4 Gaming
fnatic
Antwerp Aces
mousesports
DarkPassage
